If you are looking for a way to heat your water at room temperature, I would strongly suggest that you consider using a separate heating unit for your vaporizer.

Even if you use the traditional ceramic heating element, there will be a possibility that the glass will actually burn through the ceramic, melting the ceramic or breaking the glass. The best approach to this problem is to choose an affordable ceramic heating element and stick with it.

The problem with ceramic heating elements is that they can be very temperamental. However, some companies will offer warranties to replace the ceramic heating element if it breaks.

Most users will choose to purchase a device that is simpler to use. Many devices allow you to do almost everything you could do with a larger model.
